Shipping & FFL transfers

Firearms ship to a licensed dealer you choose. Ammunition, magazines, optics and accessories ship to your door.

What it costs

• $29.99 flat per order.
• Free on orders over $999.
• Your dealer's transfer fee is separate and paid to them at pickup. In Oklahoma it is commonly $20 to $50. Call to confirm.

How a firearm gets to you

1. Choose a dealer. Any federally licensed (FFL) dealer who accepts shipped transfers: gun shops, many pawn shops and some farm and sporting-goods stores, whether you are in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Lawton, Enid, Ardmore or a town with one stoplight. Call first.
2. Name the dealer at checkout. Business name, city and state are enough. The FFL number speeds things up if you have it.
3. We confirm the license. We obtain a copy of the dealer's FFL before the firearm leaves.
4. Pick up in person. Bring valid government photo ID. You complete ATF Form 4473, the dealer runs the NICS background check, and with a cleared check you take the firearm home on that visit. Oklahoma has no waiting period and no purchase permit.

Handguns must be transferred by a dealer in your state of residence. Long guns may go to a dealer in another state only when the sale is legal in both. We never ship a firearm to a home address.

When it ships

Orders normally leave within 1–3 business days after payment clears and, for firearms, once we have your dealer's license on file. Tracking comes by email. Rural routes are no problem for the carriers, since a firearm is going to your dealer's business address anyway.

Items from partner warehouses

Some items ship from partner distributors and not from our main warehouse. Those usually ship within 1–3 weeks, and we email you if yours will take longer. If we can't ship an item within 30 days of your order, we tell you and refund it in full, or you may choose to keep waiting.

Ammunition in Oklahoma

• Oklahoma does not require a license, permit or background check to buy ammunition, and it may be delivered to your home.
• Federal age rules apply: 18 for rifle and shotgun ammunition, 21 for handgun ammunition.
• Ammunition ships by ground only, so it often arrives after the rest of your order. The carrier may require an adult signature.
• We can't ship ammunition to some other states and cities that restrict it, including California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois and Washington, D.C. If an address can't lawfully receive it, we cancel that item and refund you.

Magazines and rifle features

Oklahoma has no magazine-capacity limit and no restrictions on rifle features, and state law prevents cities and counties from adding their own (21 O.S. 1289.24). Standard-capacity magazines and modern sporting rifles ship to Oklahoma normally. If you are sending a magazine or part to an address in another state, the rules at the destination apply. One note for hunters: the Wildlife Department's legal-means rules can limit what you take into the deer woods, which is separate from what you may own. See the deer and hog rifle guide.

Restricted items

You are responsible for making sure what you order is legal where you live and where it ships. If an order can't be lawfully completed we cancel it and refund it in full. We do not sell NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles or shotguns, machine guns).
