Buying a handgun online in Oklahoma

Handguns ship to the Oklahoma FFL dealer you choose. Dealers transfer handguns to buyers 21 and older after a NICS check they run themselves, and there is no state permit to purchase or waiting period. Since November 1, 2019 most adults who may lawfully own a handgun can carry it openly or concealed without a licence, though the list of prohibited places still applies and OSBI still issues the SDA licence for people who travel.
